Annually in September, our PTA sponsors our Annual Fund, a time when we call upon our school families and supporters to donate funds to support our school. We celebrate the success of the Annual Fund at our annual Eagle Walk, the first week in October, when families, grandparents, parents, and younger siblings join our students to walk through the neighborhood. Teachers, priests, and administrators also participate in a variety of activities to support the funds raised.
Each year, students who have a family member donate have their name put into a drawing for their grade level. One student from each grade level at St. Matthews and two students from our Clifton Campus were chosen this year to participate in the Wheel of Unfortunate Events. Teachers had to karaoke to popular children's movie songs, dance to popular dances, get hit in the face with a pie by the chosen student, have a water ballon popped over their head, or be slimed - all unfortunate events, yet fun for our student fundraisers!
Thank you to all of our families who joined us for the Eagle Walk, as well as donated to our Annual Fund, which raised $90,000 to support the needs of Holy Trinity!
